Stressful patterns are often based on old learned behavioral protections that come into play when even the slightest reminder triggers them. Rather than shaming ourselves into courage and to overcome old fears, wouldn’t it be great to have more hands on - in the moment power to ease the stress? For all of you who stuff it down or blow it out, and for those who live with others who are stressed - tools for when you don’t have control over your life.

EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE, EFT

TappingEnergy Psychology - the effective way to ease your emotional and mental burden, help take a load off your shoulders and allow you to live your life with much greater ease and peace. It would be great not to get so angry or so sad, to have more patience instead of allowing the stream of self criticism to take over, again. Practice makes perfect. This hands on class offers both beginner and intermediary applications of EFT for most situations you will encounter.
